Windows 10 64-bit or later. .NET Framework 4.8 is installed during setup if missing. Inline needs MySQL 5.7 on the same PC.
Tools that find edges, and tools that measure between them.
Point · Line
Capture corners and straight edges; get point-to-line distance, line-to-line distance and angle.
Circle · Arc
Circles for holes and round edges, arcs for arc edges. Diameter, radius and center distances. Full circles are best measured as circles.
Screw · Gear · Lead
Screw threads, gears and leads (IC pins) are measured with dedicated composite tools.
Intersections & axes
Derived measurements such as intersection-based distance and thickness against an XY reference axis.
Tolerance
Per item: design value and tolerance (±, percent, separate upper and lower). Results are judged green or red.
Multiple parts · auto mode
Measure several parts in one view, or run the automatic mode that keeps measuring as parts arrive.
Calibration, models and rulers you can see.
Calibration
Point at two faces of a reference gauge and the app finds the opposing edges. Confirm and enter the length to set pixel size. Turn on the ruler to verify visually.
Per-model calibration
Even with a shared calibration, lengths can drift slightly by part and setup. Fine-tune scale per model and see its effect in mm or µm.
Recognition & image sensitivity
Tune how strictly a part must match a model, and how sensitive edge finding is — separately.
Semi-transparent model overlay
Overlay the model on the live image to make part placement easy.
Measurements become documents.
Excel report
Send the current result and image to an Excel template (Excel required).
Statistics by period
Pick a period and view a statistics report.
DXF export & overlay
Save contours as dated DXF files; compare drawing and part by color.
