Check these first
No camera image appears.
Choose another camera in Camera > Select Camera. Also check that no other program is using the camera and that its driver is installed.
Measurements are off from reality.
Check that calibration matches the current resolution and that the gauge was measured precisely. Turn on the ruler to verify visually, or fine-tune with Per-model calibration.
The part is not recognized as the model.
Adjust Recognition Sensitivity, or check lighting and part position.
An arc is found sometimes and not others.
A nearly straight arc gives an unstable radius. If it is a full circle, use the circle tool.
My trial time ran out.
Measuring and saving new models stop, but the screen and saved models remain viewable. Please contact us for the full version.
