XTMeasure-HB 27
Brinell hardness (HB) measurement software. It measures the indentation diameter on an image, computes hardness and judges pass/fail. Both automatic measurement, which finds the indentation by itself, and manual measurement, where you drag two diameter lines (D1, D2) over the image, are supported, together with conversion charts, result tables, statistics, a histogram and Excel reports. It measures from a live camera image (WDM cameras) or from image files, and runs on 64-bit Windows with a dedicated hardware key (dongle). Image dimension-measuring software for XYZ coordinate stages such as tool microscopes and profile projectors. Point, line, circle, ellipse, rectangle, slot and arc tools, derived measurements, part programs, Excel certificates and a CAD interface, with focus-indicator, tiling and multi-focus modules.

Hardness-measuring software that connects to a hardness tester to control turret, stage and load and make indentations. Supports Vickers, Knoop and Brinell, with automatic indentation reading, measurement patterns and Excel reports.

Ball Void Detector
Inspection software that finds balls and voids in solder-ball images such as BGA and computes areas and void ratios. One-click batch processing, manual detection and masking, with results exported to Excel together with the images.
