NEXTAOI Inc.

NEXTAOI Inc. (“NEXTAOI”) adopts and discloses this privacy policy to protect personal information and to handle related concerns promptly, in accordance with Article 30 of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purposes of processing

  • Replying to product, demo and consultation inquiries
  • Guidance on trial downloads and product news
  • Contract performance, payment, delivery and after-sales service for purchases

2. Items processed

  • Inquiry / trial request: email (required), name, company, phone, message (for inquiries)
  • Transactions: name, address, phone, email and payment details needed to perform the contract

3. Retention

  • Inquiries and trial requests: deleted without delay once the purpose is fulfilled (unless a legal retention duty applies)
  • Records of contracts, withdrawals, payments and supply in e-commerce: 5 years

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except with separate consent or where Article 17 of the Act applies.

5. Outsourcing

After-sales service may be outsourced; in that case we document and supervise purpose limitation, sub-outsourcing limits and management of the processor as required by Article 25 of the Act. The inquiry and trial forms on this website are collected through the form feature of our web host (Netlify) and forwarded to our staff by email.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time using the contact details below.

7. Destruction

Personal information is destroyed without delay when it is no longer needed. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Safeguards

  • Administrative: internal management plan, staff training
  • Technical: access control, security software, encryption in transit (HTTPS)
  • Physical: access control where personal data is stored

This website does not use cookies for analytics or personalization. If that changes we will update this policy first.
